Having lost half a filling in a back molar I needed advice. Went to Clowne Dental today, saw the lovely Christina. Unfortunately my tooth had cracked and the only option was extraction. Christina was fabulous - was honest about the situation then went about doing a complex extraction which took a while - stubborn little beggar! She was so kind and reassuring throughout. Thank you Christina and your nurse - you were fab. Have sorted my dental plan now which was a simple process. Great service all round. X

The whole team at Clowne are so welcoming and friendly. The dentist Christina was very thorough with her examination and she worked hard to help and refer me to a specialist for further investigation. It is very clear that she is passionate about her work and aims to help her clients as much as she can. Also Grace, the hygienist is great too, again she works hard to make sure you are comfortable and does an excellent job with oral hygiene. I definitely would not go anywhere else.

The friendliness and helpfulness of both receptionists.The fact that the Clinician chose to fit me in for a filling later that day as I was only scheduled for a check up and scale and polish originally. She stayed later than normal to do the filling which I really appreciate. Things are rather tough for me at the moment and the kindness was really touching.

Very friendly staff. All treatment explained and carried out in an efficient and pleasant manner.

The staff don't make a big thing about my anxiety. They just go ahead and put the air con on and talk me through the procedure. When I need a break they patiently wait for my anxiety to ease.

I've always struggled with the smell of dental practices and anxiety going to the dentist. Deciding to join Clowne Dental Practice was the best decision I made. There is no trace of the awful smell I relate to dentistry. Because I get anxious at appointments the air-conditioning is always put on without me even asking. Without the welcoming feeling and care I would not have been able to have proceeded with my treatments. The treatment I signed up for was clearly explained and at no point in the last 16 weeks have I felt on my own. There is always a friendly person to help with any questions I have had over the weeks. If anyone reading this review is thinking of having dental work you skittles definitely give the Dental Practice a call. You will not regret it.

All the staff and the quality of the service provided is excellent

I’m absolutely petrified of the dentist but every time I visit I’m made to feel at ease. Everything is explained to me before any treatment takes place. Such a wonderful place.

I can't thank Clowne Dental enough for their patience and care. Every single team member are kind, joyful, knowledgable and patient. I've had a lifelong severe phobia of dentists/doctors but thanks to the amazing team at Clowne Dental I know I'm in safe hands. Thank you!!!

Clean and friendly practice! Changed here from NHS and wish I'd done it earlier! The practice plan is reasonably priced and there's always availability for appointments. Matt is brilliant, thorough with examinations and friendly. Other staff are also very welcoming and helpful! Would highly recommend this practice to others ☺️

I had a really positive experience at Clowne Dental Practice. I was in a lot of pain, and they went out of their way to see me as quickly as possible, which I really appreciated. Dr Matt and the whole team were fantastic — they made me feel welcome and at ease from the moment I arrived. I’m not usually a fan of going to the dentist, but they helped me feel calm and comfortable throughout. Everything was explained clearly, which really put my mind at rest. After such a great experience, I’ve signed myself and my family up. Highly recommend!

Had my regular check up with Matt and Lisa then a deep clean with Katie and Isabel and as usual, very friendly and professional, explained what was happening clearly and made my visit as easy as possible. Never enjoyed Dentists but do not dread going to Clowne dental practice at all.

Everyone friendly, everything explained, spotless environment and if treatment required appointment soon made plus follow up care after an extraction is exceptional

Everyone is very friendly

Everyone involved was courteous and attentive and kept me informed regarding waiting time, then what was happening during my dental check explaining why something was being done.Good advice at the end on how to keep my teeth properly clean and possibilities for future processes e.g. filling a gap from an extraction and ways of hiding lost enamel.Altogether, a pleasant experience with cheerful staff.
