I had a really positive experience at Clowne Dental Practice. I was in a lot of pain, and they went out of their way to see me as quickly as possible, which I really appreciated. Dr Matt and the whole team were fantastic — they made me feel welcome and at ease from the moment I arrived. I’m not usually a fan of going to the dentist, but they helped me feel calm and comfortable throughout. Everything was explained clearly, which really put my mind at rest. After such a great experience, I’ve signed myself and my family up. Highly recommend!

Had my regular check up with Matt and Lisa then a deep clean with Katie and Isabel and as usual, very friendly and professional, explained what was happening clearly and made my visit as easy as possible. Never enjoyed Dentists but do not dread going to Clowne dental practice at all.

Everyone is very friendly

Everyone involved was courteous and attentive and kept me informed regarding waiting time, then what was happening during my dental check explaining why something was being done.Good advice at the end on how to keep my teeth properly clean and possibilities for future processes e.g. filling a gap from an extraction and ways of hiding lost enamel.Altogether, a pleasant experience with cheerful staff.

As someone who is extremely scared of dentists, every member of staff that I have dealt with has been aware and has done their best to put me at ease. Joanne was superb in explaining everything as she went along, giving me choices, taking her time, and ensuring I was ok and ready to do the next step each time.
